The cheese vat consists of components such as the tank body, electrical control system, and mixing paddle. It features controllable temperature and adjustable frequency-conversion stirring, making it suitable for different states of material . The cheese vat is used to hold semi-finished cheese products during the cheese-making process. Typically, pasteurized and cooled milk is poured into the cheese vat, where it undergoes processes such as acidification, coagulation, temperature increase and stirring, whey drainage, stacking and ripening, chopping and salting, transforming the liquid milk into solid cheese. The cheese is then shaped in a molding vat.
