This triple-door, fully automated yogurt fermentation chamber features fermentation, ripening, sterilization, and refrigeration, perfect for Greek and aged yogurt. Made of 304 stainless steel with a 150L interior, it has an ozone sterilizer, air-cooling unit, and touch panel. Tray numbers are customizable. Available in three models (50L – 150L), it suits various production scales from home to medium-sized dairies. Available in three models—single-door (50-liter), Double-Door (100L), and triple-door (150-liter).
