According to the customer's production needs customized pasteurized yogurt processing line, each batch of 500L yogurt production. In order to save labor and time costs, it is equipped with CIP cleaning system.

We have designed a customized pasteurized yogurt processing line specifically for a customer from Australia, with each batch capable of producing 500L of yogurt. To save on labor costs and enhance production efficiency, a CIP cleaning system has been incorporated into the line. The production line comprises preheating tanks, homogenizing tanks, pasteurization tanks, yogurt fermenters, refrigerated tanks, and CIP purification systems.

Packing & Shipping

We will package the goods using moisture- and collision-proof materials, then load them into a 1x20FCL container. Following this, the goods will be transported by land to Qingdao Port, and subsequently shipped by sea to Brisbane, Australia.

The yogurt processing line introduction

This production line primarily comprises 9 pieces of equipment, each serving 6 major functions. It’s capable of preheating, homogenizing, sterilizing, fermenting, cooling fresh milk, and finally crafting yogurt. Once production is completed, the equipment undergoes CIP cleaning to maintain its optimal condition and ensure hygiene for the next round of production. Additionally, if deemed necessary, a duplex filter can be seamlessly integrated into the line, and at the end, additional equipment like filling machines can be added.
