We secured a collaboration with an Oceania-based client, who opted for a customized 1,000L-per-batch yogurt production line to elevate their dairy manufacturing capabilities. The core equipment of this production line includes: a water-powder mixer, a mixing and preheating tank, a homogenizer, an integrated fermentation machine with compressor cooling, and a CIP system (Clean-In-Place System) for equipment cleaning.
This production line can flexibly adapt to two types of raw materials—milk powder or fresh milk—and turn them into finished yogurt through a full-process production. After the production is completed, the CIP system can be activated for automatic cleaning, preparing for the next batch of production.
